Dentro de nuestro portafolio se encuentran marcas como FIFA, Umbro, Starter, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bluey y 3R.**Resumen de la Posición**Como Supply Chain Analyst Jr. (o Supply Planner Jr.), serás responsable del control en la Cadena de Suministro, realizando análisis en los distintos eslabones de la cadena para tomar las decisiones óptimas. Darás seguimiento al inventario y, con análisis de ventas, compras y coberturas, generarás pronósticos y planes para la demanda.**Objetivos Principales**- Sales & Operations Planning: Generar pronósticos y, de la mano del equipo comercial, crear un plan de coberturas.- Control de inventarios, llevar el punto de reabastecimiento adecuado y generar planes de salida para obsoletos.- Encontrar las rutas óptimas para la distribución, realizando análisis de tiempos, distancias, capacidades y costos.**Perfil del Candidato Ideal**- Estudios: Licenciatura en Matemáticas, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.- Habilidades Técnicas: Excel Avanzado.- Experiência: De 1-3 años como Planner.- Atención al detalle: Habilidad para garantizar la calidad en cada entregable.- Trabajo en Equipo: Colaboración efectiva con equipos interdisciplinarios**Requisitos adicionales**- Manejo de paquetería Office.- Conocimientos Intermedios de Bases de Datos.- Manejo Intermedio de Power BI.**Oferta Laboral**- Vacaciones a partir del cuarto mes.- Aguinaldo.- Prima vacacional.- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores (SGMM) a partir del cuarto mes.- Beneficios dentro del grupo de empresas MSH.- Horario de trabajo: Lunes a jueves de 8:30am a 4:30pm - Viernes de 9:00am a 2:30pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Planeación de la demanda: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
