Description & Qualifications Our UKG Presales LATAM team works closely with our Sales Executives to ensure we provide value solutions that solve our customers' problems and stand out from competitors' solutions. If you are talented, energetic, and committed to delivering quality demonstrations of our Workforce Management solutions, this is the perfect place to work and grow professionally. About the Role The Presales Solution Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and development of impactful professional demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle as well as with teammates. Maintain expertise in UKG Workforce Management products Lead or partner to lead all customer / prospect facing activities including needs analysis, solution development, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses Deliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value message Provide support for scripted demos and technical discussions LI-HS1 Qualifications About You Basic Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience Preferred Qualifications Workforce management experience preferred Consulting experience preferred Presentation and communication skills Ability to solve business problems with a strategic solution Company Overview Here at UKG, our purpose is people.
