We are seeking an** IT System Administrator** to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and systems. The primary responsibility of this position will be to manage our Active Directory, user licenses, and help with SOC 2 evidence collection. This position is for work remotely.**Skills & Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience in IT administration or related roles.- A clear understanding of the **Cloud Services **deployment model. Implement Cloud solutions and supporting various stages of deployments and testing processes.- ** Exchange Online, Azure AD, AADConnect, MS Teams**. Teams Conference- Experience with **Active Directory, group policies, and user license management**.- Knowledge of security best practices and experience working with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.- ** Advanced English****Main Activities**- Manage and maintain our Active Directory, user licenses, and group policies.- Assist with SOC 2 evidence collection, including the preparation of required documentation.- Resolve software issues, including network connectivity, printer problems, and server errors.- Work closely with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.**About Definity First**Definity First is a digital consulting firm providing solutions in technology, marketing and design for dynamic and innovative businesses across all industries.
