The responsibilities also include managing expense reporting and diligently following up on accounts receivable.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong self-starter, and is eager to contribute to process improvements. Proficiency in English is required for this role.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate closely with various internal teams to gather necessary data for accurate invoice generation.- Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely creation of invoices based on information received.- Review, approve, and process employee expense reports in accordance with company and client policies.- Ensure timely submission of invoices to client.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and accounts receivable activities.- Conduct regular follow-up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, collaborating with relevant internal and client teams as needed.- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the billing and accounts receivable functions.- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.- Perform other related duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.- Experience with billing, AR processes and expense report management.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Google Sheets).- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fast learner, autodidact, and willing to share knowledge.- Enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.- When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
