**Finance Sr Analyst****Job ID**- **Posted**- 04-Feb-2025**Service line**- GWS Segment**Role type**- Full-time**Areas of Interest**Accounting/Finance**Location(s)**Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico**CBRE Global Workplace Solutions**, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate, is seeking a **Finance Sr. Analyst** who would like to take the next step in their career and join the team located in **Mexico.****Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or similar.- Advanced English required.- Minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate finance.**Objective**:**Key responsibilities**:- Be the point of reference and responsible among sites at the LATAM level on topics such as reporting, accounting and requests for information.- Preparation of cash flow statements projecting profits.- Budget creation.- Perform balance sheets and P&L analysis of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives.- Perform projections, forecasts, accounting closings, reports, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, among others.- Create and record journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, financing requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately recorded.- Generate and review financial packages for accurate and complete reports. Prepare packages according to a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams.- Review and audit financing and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.- Resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.- Recognize potential problems and conflicts and take corrective action to minimize them.- Facilitate reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.**What we offer?**- Job stability- Competitive salary + Annual Performance Bonus- Career development and learning- Career opportunities- We are an innovative, different company that invests in technology so that you have the best work tools.**Knowledge and skills**:- Handling of Scala and Peoplesoft accounting system.
