We have dealerships in Kelowna, Vernon, Cranbrook, Golden, Lethbridge, Kamloops area, and are always looking to grow.**Responsibilities**:- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger- Bring the books to the trial balance stage- Perform partial checks of the posting process- Prepare monthly tax forms- Enter data, maintain records and create reports.- Process accounts receivable/payable and post payroll all in a timely manner- Requirements and skills:- Proven bookkeeping experience- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software- Proficiency in English and in Google Workspace- High degree of accuracy and attention to detailSchedule: 9 hour shift/Monday to Friday**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 21240, Mexicali, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 21240, Mexicali, B.C.
