What You’ll Do MetaMask is entering its next chapter — scaling as a global consumer product and preparing for IPO. We are hiring a Product Operations Lead to drive product & cross‑functional processes and help us increase revenue and hit product KPIs with continuous improvement. You will lead a small team of Product Operations Managers across multiple product lines, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success and Go‑to‑Market functions to deliver revenue opportunities and achieve IPO readiness KPIs by shipping on schedule, raising the bar on quality, and reducing ambiguity. This role is both operational and strategic: part process architect and bar‑raiser, part AI/automation champion, part effective coordinator with functions and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead & scale the team: Develop and coach Product Operations Managers supporting multiple product lines. Drive AI adoption and automation: Bring an AI/automation‑first mindset into every workflow. Pilot and deploy agents to automate reporting, streamline comms, and accelerate data‑driven decision‑making. Operationalize north stars: Ship value with consistency — ensure we consistently deliver highest value to users in a timely manner, with minimum surprises. Raise product quality — raise the bar and reinforce a culture of quality and prevention, continuous improvement, and performance rigor. Standardize processes: Roadmap planning, feature readiness, feedback loops. Data & reporting: Build AI‑powered dashboards and insights to inform leadership decisions. Customer & market feedback: Capture signals and translate them into actionable inputs. Program management: Own long‑term, multi‑phase initiatives from ideation/iteration to GTM, from development through maintenance. Cross‑functional glue: Work hand‑in‑hand with PMs, Designers, EMs to align timelines and priorities. Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve product velocity & quality, and reduce fire drills. Transparency & trust: Maintain clear, early, and frequent communication across MetaMask and ConsenSys. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Product or Business Operations, or related roles. Proven track record of leading and developing teams. AI‑forward thinker: you’ve deployed automation, agents, or AI tooling to improve operations. Strong communicator who can align technical and business stakeholders. Skilled at building scalable processes and frameworks. Comfortable with analytics and dashboards; curious to extend with AI‑driven insights. Thrive in ambiguity, velocity, and crypto‑native contexts. Experience in crypto/web3 is a strong plus. What Success Looks Like MetaMask increases revenue and hits product KPI targets consistently. MetaMask ships critical features on schedule with minimal surprises. Product quality is measurably higher, fewer fire drills, more prevention. AI and automation is deeply embedded in how the team operates — less manual overhead, more leverage. Leadership has clear, reliable data to drive decisions. Engineers and designers feel empowered, protected, and heard. Effective coordination with Customer Success, GtM functions and other stakeholders. Development velocity and drive/motivation improve quarter over quarter. Don’t meet all the requirements? The salary range for US‑based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills.
