Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities****What will you be doing?**- The role supports the IT services in the Brazil region, emphasizing Servers and Databases and CASA regions spanning 15 countries.- Third-level support of Windows and Linux ServersSupport three Data Centers in Sao Paulo (x1)- Coordinate Delivery work to refresh Servers and Databases in the Brazil region- Inventory of IT Servers and Databases- Security remediation for IT Servers and Databases, including configuration management, patching, OS hardening, and vulnerability management- Liaison with LATAM Sector I&O for the Brazil and CASA regions- Supervise ~7 contractors that support Brazil and CASA IT Systems**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**-- 5+ years of IT experience supporting Windows and- Linux Operating systems- 2+ years supporting Microsoft SQL and Oracle Servers- 2+ years supporting Data Centers.- hardware, and Enterprise-class hardware like Storage,- VMWare, UPS, and Backup solutions- Mandatory Technical Skills:- Windows and Linux Operating systems- Microsoft SQL Server- Enterprise-class hardware like Storage, VMWare, UPS, and Backup solutions- Azure Cloud- Automation and Scripting- Security of Servers and Databases- IT Service Management processes- Mandatory non-Technical Skills- Ability to interact with Senior Leadership, including Director and Senior Director levels of leadership- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management- Ability to Multi-task and deliver complex tasks and projects- Ability to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support the LATAM sector- Requirement for rare, unplanned travel to support IT outages**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
