Abarcar el control y funcionamiento de los servicios de las áreas que comprenden las áreas comunes de un Condominio:- Administración y operación- Vigilancia/Seguridad- Mantenimiento- Limpieza2. Llevar a cabo la operación basado en Contrato, Plan de trabajo anual, Presupuesto, acuerdos de Asamblea y asignacionesespeciales.3. Supervisión del personal, y atención al residente.4. Realizar recorridos en las áreas comunes.5. Supervisión de personal y labores de limpieza6. Supervisión al personal, consignas y procedimientos de vigilancia de acuerdo a las consignas cotidianas, revisión del libro de “Parte de Novedades”.7. Supervisión trabajos del personal de mantenimiento, jardinería, fumigación, técnicos varios etc., de acuerdo a sus funciones.8. Cotización y pago de proveedores.9.
