Encourage Kion values and culture within the department.- Follow Compliance Policy and ensure adherence of the policy within the department.**What we are looking for**:- 8 to 10 years in the procurement area (strategic purchasing, purchasing, supply chain or experience related to the supply chain).- Experience leading a team- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Applications, ISO-9001, 14001, 45001- Experience with lean six sigma and continuous improvement projects preferred.- Any APIC certification preferred.- Advanced excel knowledge and experience.- Experience in project-based manufacturing environment is a plus.LI-AM1
