Descripción Lead a regional team of People Services representatives and specialists, ensuring high-quality HR support. Develop and execute service delivery strategies in partnership with global People Operations leadership. Build strong relationships with regional business leaders to understand needs and align HR services. Collaborate with HR Business Leaders, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service. Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR processes. Support employee initiatives and contribute to regional HR leadership. Perfil buscado A successful Sr. Manager People Services should have: Bilingual Proven work in HR service delivery or shared services leadership, ideally in multinational environments. Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignment across regions.
