**Date Posted**:**Country**:Mexico**Location**:Calzada Manuel Gómez Morín número 3200,Colonia Rancho Hermanos Fuentes, CP 21190,Mexico.**Position Role Type**:Unspecified** What you will do**:- Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.- The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.- Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.- Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.- Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.- Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.**Qualifications** you must have**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.- 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.- English 70%.Knowledge in:- Experience leading projects and product transfers.- Personnel management.- Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills.- Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel.- Visa and travel availability.- Schedule availability.Qualifications We Prefer**:- Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
