Sr Production Team Leader- On Site- 1st Shift

**Job Description**:This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.- The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.- Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility. Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.- Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.- Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field- 1 to 3 years as Team Leader or similar position- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing- Experience in:- Leading Projects- Personnel management- Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills- Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel- English (Intermediate)- Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
