We are looking for a **Manager Data.*** Manage and monitor our Commercial self-service Snowflake database.* Oversee existing pipeline ingestions from centralized usable layer and implement enhancements to optimize performance.* Conduct performance tuning of the Snowflake database to ensure efficient data warehousing and speed.* Create and implement code changes between development and production environments.* Collaborate with solution team members for necessary infrastructure changes needed for new solutions and offerings.* Work closely with the data management team to ensure data quality and optimal performance.* Document downstream dependencies from other teams using the data mart.* Act as a liaison between the team and Enterprise IT.* Create standard processes and documentation regarding security, data quality thresholds, and availability.* Develop new Data Mart datasets for reporting when necessary.* By utilizing advanced SQL knowledge and Snowflake database management experience.* Engaging with a diverse team and coordinating efforts across functional groups including Pricing, S&OP, and Finance.* Implementing a mix of in-office and remote work collaboration.* Maintaining communication with executive leadership and supporting business units.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* SnowPro Core Certification is required; SnowPro Advanced Certification is preferred.* Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake database management.* Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) is a plus.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.**What do*** Comprehensive benefits package.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Supportive and inclusive work environment.* Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.* Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.**Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion**, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination.Your buildings have a purpose.
