WEIR MINERALS MEXICO- APODACA, NUEVO LEON- POSICIÓN FISICAJEFATURA DE PROYECTOS- ACTIVIDADES- LIDERAR AL EQUIPO DE PROYECTOS- ASEGURAR EL USO Y APEGO A LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS EN EL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE CALIDAD- DAR SOPORTE EN LA DEFINICION DE LSO RECURSOS DE LOS PROYECTOS, EVALUACIONES DE DESEMPELO Y EVALUACIONES POSTERIORES A LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN.- PLANIFICAR CARGA DE CARTERA DE PROYECTOS CON CADA LIDER DE PROYECTOS- RESOLVER CUALQUIER INCONVENIENTE O RECLAMO DE MANERA OPORTUNA, MANTENER COMUNICACIÓN ACTIVA CON LOS CLIENTES Y CONTACTAR A CLIENTES POTENCIALES.- ASISTIR Y PARTICIPAR EN LA NEGOCIACION DE TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES CON LOS PROVEEDORES SELECCIONADOS Y COORDINAR LA ENTREGA OOPRTUNA DE PRODUCTOS Y SERVICIOS CONTRATADOS- GESTIONAR Y APROBAR SOLICITUDES RELACIONDAS A PROCESOS INTERNOS DENTRO DEL SEGUIMIETNO DEL PROYECTO, TALES COMO: DESVIACIONES, PERMISOS, SALIDA DE MTAREIALES, COSTOS ADICIONALES, VIATICOS, CONTRATACIONES, PERMISOS ETC.FUNCIONES- EJECUTAR PROYECTOS DE CONTRTOL DESTE LA RECEPCION DEL PEDIDO HASTA LA ENTREGA Y PUESTA EN MARCHA CON LA RECEPCION CONFORME POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE.- RESPONSABLE DE LA COORDINACIÓN DE LOS LIDERES DE PROYECTO- RESPONSABLE DE GENERAR Y EJECUTAR LOS PROCESOS QUE PERMITAN CUMPLIR LAS POLITICAS DE WEIR MINERALS.**Requisitos**:- INGENIERIA INDUSTRIAL O MECANICA - AFIN- PROJECT MANAGER- BACKGROUND EN EJECUCION DE PROYECTOS INDUSTRIABLES- DESEABLE ESPECIALIZACION EN PM O AFIN- DESEABLE EXPERIENCIA EN INDUSTRIA MINERA- DESEABLE EXPERIENCIA EN EQUIPOS DE WEIR MINERALS MAS NO INDISPENSABLE- CONOCIMIENTOS DE NORMAS TECNICAS (ASME, API, ANSI, AWS)- MICROSOFT PROJECT INTERMEDIOtiene menú contextualRedactarPárrafo
