Overview Act as key contact for the client, key stakeholders, and the business for all service related to Fintech, Digital Partner, Retail & Commerce, Enablers & Acquires segment. Provides input for long‑term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across business lines. Plays a key role in developing financial modelling and business cases for development opportunities. Assist all team members in becoming the best versions of themselves by acting as a coach and resource to assist them accomplish their goals. Set a positive example for the company by embodying company core values every day. Manage day‑to‑day activities to ensure that everyone is aligned to meet and exceed the company objectives. Look at everything through the eyes of the customer and see their need in their financial products. Identify market trends. Entertain customers and prospects. Identify and hunt business opportunities. All about you Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. A masters degree is desirable. Structured negotiation skills. Market analysis. Strategic planning. Sales acumen. Financial literacy. Customer insights. Self‑motivation. Resilience. Influential and interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication in English and Spanish. Ability to represent the company at industry events and present our company and products to audiences in English and Spanish. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
