Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeTech Mahindra está buscando agentes Telefónicos de servicio al cliente con experiência en call center para una de las empresas de telecomunicaciones más grandes de EE UU.**Actividades**:Voice: Sales, Troubleshooting y Cross selling.**Requerimientos**:- 6 meses de experiências en call center bilingüe (Lunes a Domingo con dos descansos entre semana)- Nível avanzado de ingles conversacional- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo. **Ventana de servicio de 08:00 a 21:00 hrs. (solo se cubren 8 hrs de trabajo)**:- **Escolaridad Bachillerato o High school (se requiere diploma o certificado)****Ingreso: 21, 25, 29 y 30 Julio de 2025****Sitio ubicado en Tecnoparque Azcapotzalco, CDMX**- Actividad:- Presencial, Jornada Lunes a Sábado con descansos fijo** dos entre semana** de 08:00 a 21:00 hrs. (ventana de servicio)- Programa de capacitación: de 8:00 AM a 17:00 PM- Lunes viernes, una vez en Nesting será lunes a Sabado con descansos domingo y uno entre semana.**Ofrecemos**:- **Salario base de $ 18,599 MXN promedio mensual.
