The Quality Systems Analyst reports to the Quality Manager coordinating ande directing the quality assurance programs and systems designed to ensure outstanding business performance, design and manufacturing consistent with established standards.- Incumbent must possess good written and verbal skills communication in english and spanish.- Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent required.- ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification preferred.- Two to five years of experience in Quality systems Management.SKILLS- Ensure the integrity of the quality management systems.- Work with the different members of the organization to incorporate necessary automotive and IATF 16949 specific requirements and controls into Quality Management System.- Maintain local quality systems metrics monthly and manage actions when corresponding goals are missed.- Present applicable quality systems metrics and feedback to Quality Systems Management and other management for routine meetings and management reviews as applicable.- Prepare and perform the scheduled audits (or works with auditors to prepare/perform these audits).- Conduct training for lead/ volunteer auditors, as need.- Follow up corrective/ preventice actions.
