.**BAT MEXICO** **ESTÁ BUSCANDO UN ACCOUNTING ANALYST****NIVEL DE SENIORIDAD**:No Gerencial**FUNCIÓN**: Finanzas**UBICACIÓN**:Monterrey**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**Esta posición pertenece al departamento de finanzas.Esta persona será responsable por garantizar el cumplimiento con las obligaciones fiscales (CFDI) en temas de pagos y ventas.**Reporta a: Ejecutivo de Controles****Nível de Reporte**:Gerencial**Foco Geográfico**:Monterrey**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Seguimiento de la operación de venta y cobranza para el timbrado de documentos (CFDI).- Conciliación fiscal de venta/pagos vs timbrado de documentos ante la autoridad fiscal (CFDI).- Soporte al equipo de ventas en requerimientos de timbrado y complementos de pago.- Seguimiento a los procesos de integración de ventas para optimizar la operación de timbrado de documentos.- Coordinación con equipos de finanzas para el seguimiento a issues presentados en el proceso de cobranza.- Responsable de la cobranza directa, para garantizar la integración de los ingresos al negocio.- Coordinación con el equipo de GBS para gestionar la operación de cobranza realizada por nuestros representantes.- Responsable de cambios en master data de clientes.- Garantizar la correcta aplicación de listas de precio a nuestros clientes.**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**- Licenciatura en contaduría, finanzas, administración o afín.- Al menos 1 año de experiência profesional o en prácticas profesionales en finanzas.- Conocimiento de CFDI.- Buenas habilidades numéricas y de análisis.- Excelentes habilidades para comunicarse, organización, time management y capacidad para priorizar.- Excel avanzado.- Inglés avanzado.**DESEABLE**- ** Experiência en empresas de consumo masivo.**:- ** Experiência previa en una posición similar.**.
