Objective As the Business Sales Director, you will be accountable for driving the next phase of our company and expansion, alongside a highly motivated sales team and working within a fast‑paced and dynamic organization. Main responsibilities / functions As the Business Sales Director, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities : Work closely with external partners to establish, maintain and grow commercial relationships, and manage our internal sales teams to meet company goals and objectives (quota based). Contribute with an international and expanding team, currently based in the US, Latam and Europe, to co‑design and implement best practices and sales standards to enable improvements to metrics and profitability. Own sales metrics for the company's overall services offerings : software licensing and professional services across the various business units of the company. Works actively with our software business partners to generate new opportunities and ensure proper support of sales and account management activities throughout our business cycle. Owns a percentage of the total sales quota : active sales role (hands‑on) Works with executive team to co‑define future quotas based on financial & growth plan Work with key stakeholders to co‑design and implement best practices and standardization into our sales cycle. Supports account management activities : account level relationship building, definition of growth opportunities, installed base growth. Desired Skills & Qualifications More than 5 years of demonstrated experience in the software services industry. More than 5 years of relevant experience in a leading role in B2B sales. Full English professional proficiency Ability to travel. Previous experience in ERP, iPaaS, or other B2B Software desired. Previous experience in B2B services is desired. Previous experience with Oracle‑NetSuite is desired. Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work across a number of major projects simultaneously. Excellent customer focus, able to build open and trusted client relationships. Awareness of the NetSuite eco‑system and a sound understanding of how ERP implementations processes work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
