**Job title**: Executive Chef**Who we are**: Big-Dill Hospitality is a family-owned restaurant group that owns and operates Muchacho Tex Mex, Whistle Britches, Even Coast, coming soon Casa Brasa and many more unique and fantastic dining concepts coming online in the Dallas, Texas. Helmed by Chef Omar Flores, a two time James Beard Semi-Finalist, Best Chef SW and Dallas Rising Star Chef, this is Chef Flores’ newest passion project several years in the making. This scratch kitchen concept prides itself on its innovative menu and modern approach to the bar scene, happy hour, and brunch.At Big-Dill Hospitality, we're passionate about creating a great place to work and dine. We believe in the craft of the unique meal, in making the best food and service possible for every guest.**Position Overview**: Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area (Relocation Required)**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends while maintaining high standards of quality.- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and productive team environment.- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, ensuring compliance with health regulations.- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.- Collaborate with management to create promotional events and special dining experiences.- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and receive feedback- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in fine dining establishments.- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cuisines and cooking techniques.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.- Willingness to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.**What’s in it for you**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Relocation costs will be covered if needed.- Opportunity to lead a talented culinary team and shape the dining experience.If you are a culinary visionary with a passion for excellence and a desire to make an impact in a fine dining setting, we invite you to apply.To Apply: Please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and a portfolio of your culinary creationsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 12 horas- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
