As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, and a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, identify technical solutions, and provide recommendations to meet their needs. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and testing of Salesforce applications to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and incorporate them into development projects as appropriate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and administrators, to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, and provide input on resource allocation and project timelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of (insert number) years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least (insert number) years in a lead developer role. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Connect, Data Loader, and third-party integration platforms. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
