Role Overview Apoyo en asegurar que la institución opere dentro del marco legal, normativo y de políticas internas aplicables. Key Responsibilities Supervisar el cumplimiento regulatorio aplicable a Casas de bolsa, SOFOMES y Operadoras de Fondos de Inversión, conforme a estándares de CNBV, Banxico y UIF. Revisar y validar expedientes de identificación (KYC) y documentación de clientes (Verificar listas negras, listas PEP, listas OFAC, PLD/FT y sanciones). Ejecutar procesos de monitoreo PLD/FT, análisis de alertas y revisión de operaciones relevantes o inusuales, así como dar soporte en la actualización de matrices de riesgo PLD/FT. Participar en la preparación de reportes regulatorios, documentación para auditorías y materiales para Comités. Contribuir a la gestión y actualización de matrices de riesgo, controles internos y procesos de cumplimiento. Colaborar con áreas de negocio y de back office, asegurando alineación con mejores prácticas institucionales. Qualifications Licenciatura en Derecho, Finanzas o afín. Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en Compliance, PLD/FT o Auditoría dentro del sector financiero. Conocimiento del Marco regulatorio aplicable al sector financiero. Gestión de riesgos y control interno.
