**HR & Administrative Supervisor****Responsibilities**:- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures: responsible for collecting new employee documents and signing contracts; responsible for handling employee resignation processes.- Assist in organizing probation period evaluations and Category change evaluations.- Organize attendance data and support payroll calculation.- Manage employee relations, including employee care, communication.- Responsible for daily employee lunch quantity statistics.- Coordinate employee shuttle bus routes and temporary adjustments.**Job Requirements**:- **Experience**: At least 5 years of relevant experience;- **Education**: Preferably a degree in Human Resources or a related field;- **Skills**: Strong understanding of HR management processes, excellent communication, and organizational skills;- **Other Requirements**: Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently; experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.- **Advanced English.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $35,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con titulo y/o cédula profesional?Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
