This individual is a key partner to manufacturing leaders to help teach financial acumen and drive operational and financial performance for the site. Responsibilities include month end close, financial reporting and analysis, and regular partnering with plant operations to drive success. This is an on-site position.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Educate the plant leadership team on the impact of operational decisions and their effect on financial results.- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to ad hoc financial requests.- Prepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs).- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with in-depth analytics of plant performance.- Participate in daily/weekly stand-up meetings to drive production and monthly operational meetings.- Oversee the monthly financial close process for the plant, including account reconciliations.- Prepare and manage yearly financial targets.**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a must.- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling are a must.- Desire to be present in the plant and on the manufacturing floor daily.- Well-versed in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels within the organization.- Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.- Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive.- Experience in cost accounting.- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way.- Proficiency in English (>80% written and verbal).**Conditions of Employment**:- This position is On-siteLI-GU1We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
