A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.**:**What we are looking for**:- 4 year degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.- Strong telemarketing and customer support experience required- Outbound Lead qualification expertise- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly- Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills- Documented experience making outbound sales calls required- Applicants must have a customer-centric focus, be detailed oriented and have a hunter mentality- Goal driven, with the ability to close sales- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills- Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service- Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities- Effective organizational and time management skills Outbound Lead qualification- Distribution experience- Industry experience- Market knowledge- At least one year of experience with Unity, Salesforce, PowerBI, and MyArrow preferred- Understanding of escalation plans within Arrow preferred- Understanding of Arrow processes preferred- Alignment with strategy within Arrow Global Services preferred**What’s In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
