**HANON SYSTEMS****Solicita**:**IT SAP America Regional SME****Descripción y Requisitos****Requirements / Experience**:- 3 to 5 years of direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management. (Experience with implementation of global IT/SAP projects will be an added advantage.)- Direct, hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM Module and EDI process.- Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM Module. (Certification in SAP will be an added advantage.)- Extensive experience with ITIL Framework for SAP Operation.- Business Analyst, DB experience plus.- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.- Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.**Education**:- Strategic and Planning- Acquisition & Deployment of SAP requirements- Manage and coordinate operational components of incident management, including detection, response, and reporting- Strong customer-service orientation.- Excellent written and oral communication skills. (English & Spanish)- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed.- Keen attention to detail.- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.**Profile**:- The SAP AM Regional SME’s plans, coordinates, and supervise all activities related to the SAP operation (design, development, and implementation), is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems with AMS partners.- Working in Juarez, occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines. (Include Global Communication). Willing to travel (10% per year).
