**Job Posting** **Template**- ** Job Description(Your new job)**:**Job Title**- Field Application Engineer- Department- FAE- Report To- Regional Sales Director- Work mode- Full remote- Employment Type- Full-Time- Travel- 0-20%- Work Site Location- Guadalajara- Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, We are looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) in Guadalajara. The FAE will be responsible for the technical support of our customers and Channel partners in Americas region, with a clear focus on Discrete Semiconductor products (Diodes, MOSFETs, BJTs, IGBTs, SiC Technology, TVS & ESD protection Diodes)- **What you will do**:- Responsibility- Work tasks and content:l Work with MCC distribution partner and customers technical team to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration.l Special focus on SiC (Diodes/MOSFETs) and IGBT products.l Support the sales teams in identifying new opportunities by maintaining excellent relationships with customer’s technical team.l Interface with R&D and Product Marketing on new product definition and technology requirements.l Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team.l Work with a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.l Attend and actively participate in strategic region meetings.**- **What you will bring**:- Education Background/ Major- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in microelectronics, applied physics, electronic science and technology, or related fields- Experience(Must)- Minimum BSEE/BSME or equivalent of 4 years+ of hands-on experience across major components of semiconductor solutions with focus on power management.Sound experience in technology salesAdequate years of experience in the field of power electronics.- Knowledge(Must)- Understanding of the semiconductor industry market forces and dynamics.- Abilities/Qualities- Excellent flexibility, motivation, and networkingNegotiation skills with customers facing technical challenges.Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time.- Skills/Certifications- Fluent in English.**- **Why Join MCC**:- Compensation/Benefits- l Be part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of automotive semiconductor technologyl Competitive compensation package, including bonusesl Professional development opportunities and continuous learningl Collaborative work environment with passionate colleagues
