Manitowoc Cranes* is seeking a **Field Service Tech IV **to join our team**This position is responsible for perform field services inspections. Support our customer in the field with structural repairs and PIPs. Create welding procedures and remanufacturing process. Support our team with mechanic and hydraulic tasks on the job site. Join our passionate team and help build something you can be proud of - a future filled with passion, pride, and satisfaction.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Supply technical information to National accounts, distributors and service centers.- Support and coordination for warranties supply from local parts distributors.- Elaborate precisely technical reports to the customers regarding the field activities.- Verify the executed job to assure the manufactured products meet or exceed established quality requirements.- Perform safety inspections, with frequency determined by the area of workplace safety.- Supervise and control the technical deliveries.- Supervise and make PIP’s inspections.- Having good communication with supervisor and give feedback on the progress activity, and report any process, machine, tool, material discrepancy or unsafe working condition.- Follow the practices established by the company related safety and quality.- Carry out commisionings, repairs and warranty issues on site.- Keep update and accomplish with training program in our product lines to assure the correct service to our customers.**Job Requirements/Working Conditions**:- Technical Degree- Desirable English language.- Background based on electronic, plus a knowledge on hydraulic and mechanical is wanted.- Should be available for travels inside Latin America. Needs to go to countries like Panama and Costa Rica. Go to job site for long period of time were working conditions are only minimum.- Good to have good communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning and organization, teamwork, customer focus, contributing to team success.
