To support our growing business, we are looking for a new Field Service Engineer - Food Industry in Monterrey, Mexico. The Field Service Engineer reports to Head of Service. He / She covers the Food service execution (field service). He / she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country Food service execution. Delivery of top-quality service execution. First point of customer contact for service execution. Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues. Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and Food services To follow the internal expenses and travel policies. Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades. Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site. Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship. Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service. Delivery of executed service reports, parts of hours, compensatory days and travel expenses in the periods established by the Head of service. Bachelor's degree in engineering as a standard. Profound experience in Food industrial engineering organization(s), as proven by : Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience Experience with remote team leaders.
