Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.The **Treasury Analyst** role is responsible for the daily cash management, treasury payments and cash reporting for LATAM treasury operations. The role responsibilities, include the following:**Cash Liquidity**- Sets daily cash position across all LATAM regions utilizing the Treasury management system (TMS) as well as other data points to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.- Processes treasury wires, including FX trade requests through the banking portals or the FX trading group.- Manages investments (placing and redeeming) as needed for cash liquidity and Fx risk management.- Ensures all prior-day cash transactions posted accurately in TMS.- Creates and maintains proper distribution of cash reports through our TMS or bank portals.- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring accuracy of cash flow actual reports and models used for the consolidation and actualization of the monthly cash flow forecast report.- Maintains and inputs daily/weekly bank account balances for bank accounts not reporting via SWIFT.**Customer Support**- Resolves issues related to bank account transactions and reconciliation by working closely with the Accounting and Finance teams.- Interacts with banking and internal partners to coordinate annual deliverables to external and internal auditors such as bank audit requests.- Investigates and escalates any multi-bank reporting issues with the internal IT and reporting banks.- Tracks and maintains all banking support and ensures the information is easily and securely accessible in TMS and other shared points.**Bank System Administration**- Maintains all cash position models and promotes continued automation and innovation.- Recommends and implements workflow efficiencies and shares best practices and knowledge.- Works on other duties and projects as required.- Provides training and guidance on treasury related systems.**Your Role Accountabilities**- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Self-started and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.- Communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and virtually.- Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills is a MUST.- Collaborate in a multi-location team environment.- An ownership mentality: willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.**Qualifications & Experience**- BS College degree- 2-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance/shared services- Working knowledge of treasury operations, corporate payment methods, and general banking services and products- Business fluency in English and Spanish.- Experience working at a multinational corporation across multiple currencies and geographies.- Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivots, lookups, and formulas.- Experience working with Kyriba or other TMS systems and online banking platforms.**How We Get Things Done****The Legal Bits
