If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.Role OverviewMember Technical is a service-minded individual with solid technical expertise in charge of implementing and configuring trading platforms for our clients.Your main tasks will be to:Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from both a functional and technical perspectiveConfigure, integrate and customize our products to fulfill the client's business requirementsLiaise with our Product team and our Technical Account ManagersProactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deploymentsAssist the support team on the most critical support casesThis position leads to a sound understanding of international financial markets and an excellent knowledge of our product suite.Your ProfileA degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or a relevant major0-1 years experience in a client-facing implementation/delivery roleTechnical Expertise (programming experience is highly appreciated; basic knowledge of Java, Linux, and databases required)Autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of accountabilityFinancial markets knowledge is a plus (such as front office systems, market connectivity, equities/derivatives, FIX protocol, 3rd party vendors, etc.)Excellent command of EnglishBroadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
