Our designers are great storytellers, active listeners, technology enthusiasts and experts of their craft - in other words great role models and mentors at different stages of their career journey.As a UX Designer you will be the voice of the customer. With specific guidance and support, you will help project execution and learn how to navigate working in cross-functional international teams. You will establish a network across domains and your cross-functional team.You will report to the Customer Success & Risk UX Director and be a member of our diverse Global Design Organization where we use our design and research skills to inspire and influence across the company. We support each other, learn from challenges, and have fun along the way.Job responsibilities:- Work with team members in the execution and delivery of PayPal’s products and services, learning to use a customer-focused, iterative design process- Support the team in creating high-quality deliverables on a work stream with guidance from a senior designer, within timelines and project requirements- Understand the basic principles of established UX techniques, solving for specific problems with standard design toolsActively taking part in our UX Design community, seeking out opportunities for learning and personal development**Requirements**:- BA/BS degree in the field of user experience, design, research or related fields; for example, Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors/HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences OR alternative equivalent project/portfolio experience- Experience with design demonstrated through personal, professional projects, or coursework.Our Benefits:At PayPal, we’re committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
