Our expertise and global scale enable us to deliver innovative, sustainable and intelligent solutions to customers around the world.**Descripción del empleo** ABOUT THE ROLE**:**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:Strategic Partnership: Equip leaders with data-driven insights on workforce planning, compensation, and performance management to facilitate informed and strategic decision-making. Collaborate in identifying and implementing strategies to address future talent and resource needs as well as updating policies/processes as the business continues to grow.Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and providing training and support. Supporting terminations and offboarding tasks. Review current HR processes and suggest opportunities for process improvement at the site. Assist in diagnosing organizational climate issues and promoting employee engagement across manufacturing and office employees.HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as relevant federal and state legal requirements.Organizational Development: Drive employee and organizational development through continuous learning and training initiatives, supporting performance improvement and problem resolution.**Requisitos** WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**:**Experience**:3-5 years of relevant HR experience.**Language**: Advanced English proficiency.**Education**: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.**Leadership**:A proactive change leader and advocate for employees, customers, the business, and shareholders.
