Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.**Position Summary**Implements the organizations HR strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of current and potential employees. In charge of the labor relations of the facility.**Responsibilities**- Implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees- Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies- Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles- Monitors effectiveness of processes, personell administration, and complience in package of benefists and services- Responsable for internal Health department- Lead and deploy HR process automation- Responsible for managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes- Could liaison with unions or works councils- Facilitate the annual merit review cycle- Ensure appropriate allocation of variable compensation- Liaison with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of HR staff**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s degree- At least 3 years of Experience in a similar position- Advanced English- Teamwork and collaboration- Personnel management and development- Problem solving- Strategic thinking and action- Continuous improvement- Ownership & results- Biulding relationship- Customer satisfaction- Engagement & empowerment- Suppoting grow**Language Tags
