Lenovo is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange under Lenovo Group Limited (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY).-- **Description and Requirements**:- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Digital Workplace Solutions Delivery Team within Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG).- Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate the execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contract scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.- Identify and escalate potential project risks and issues, working proactively to find resolution strategies.- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.-**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer-facing project coordination within the IT industry.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Project management certification such as PMP, PMI or other project management certification is preferred.- Verbal / written English fluency.
