**Inside Sales Representative - Education and Healthcare Sector**Are you skilled in sales and passionate about connecting international talent with opportunities in the United States? At International Alliance Group, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential for expanding our partnerships with school districts and hospitals across the U.S., providing specialized talent solutions in education and healthcare.**Position Objective**:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and capturing sales opportunities aimed at U.S. school districts and hospitals. Their primary focus will be offering top international talent from Latin America and other regions to institutions in need of teachers and healthcare staff, ensuring a smooth cultural and professional integration process.**Responsibilities**:- Sales to School Districts:_- Identify and build relationships with U.S. school districts in need of qualified teachers from Latin America and other regions.- Present tailored solutions to meet each district's specific needs, emphasizing the benefits of hiring international talent.- Conduct presentations and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closing.- Sales to U.S. Hospitals:_- Contact and establish relationships with U.S. hospitals that require qualified nursing staff from Mexico and Canada.- Present proposals suited to each hospital’s requirements, highlighting the value of international talent in the healthcare sector.- Ensure effective follow-up and manage contracts according to each client’s specific needs.- Sales Pipeline Management:_- Manage and keep the sales pipeline updated in the CRM, ensuring all opportunities and contacts are properly documented.- Consistently follow up with potential clients and opportunities to maximize conversions.- Internal Collaboration and Communication:_- Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to understand and communicate the qualities and benefits of available talent.- Provide feedback on clients' needs and preferences to continuously improve the sales strategy.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or healthcare sectors.- Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes in the United States is highly desirable.- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities effectively and in an organized manner.- Experience with CRM and sales tools.- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.**What We Offer**:- The opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission by connecting global talent with institutions in the U.S.- A dynamic and multicultural work environment.- Attractive commission plan and opportunities for professional growth.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $28,500.00 al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexibles- Trabajo desde casaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: On the roadFecha límite para postularse: 15/11/2024
