Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**The Project Quality Manager - Schedule B is responsible for ensuring product and process quality throughout the execution of cost reduction and productivity projects (Schedule B). This role plays a key part in validating that quality standards are upheld during implementation and in driving corrective actions when risks arise. Additionally, the role leads broader quality improvement initiatives based on evolving business needs.**Key responsibilities**Ensure product and process quality is maintained across Schedule B projects, including cost reduction, tariff mitigation, and productivity initiatives.Validate that quality requirements are embedded in project scopes and that risk assessments, validations, and controls are properly executed.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams to resolve quality risks and ensure robust implementation of changes.Lead and support quality improvement projects beyond Schedule B scope, based on business needs and quality performance trends.Monitor and report on project quality metrics, ensuring alignment with internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.**Requirements & Qualifications****Education**:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
