**Vacante para la empresa Xpertia Talent Hunting en Santa Catarina, Nuevo León**:**Customer Service**Contamos con una vacante como Customer Service para empresa dedicada a la fabricación de productos WPC de alta gama para construcción, ubicada en Santa Catarina NL.**Algunas funciones**:- Recibir pedidos de clientes por parte de comerciales- Solicitudes y reclamaciones de producto que llega dañado a cliente- Hacer reclamos ante paquetería y pedirles acciones correctivas para resguardar el traslado del producto terminado- Brindarle apoyo en seguimiento de pedidos embarcados al cliente- Actualizar órdenes de cliente en el reporte de Waybills (fechas de recolección y direcciones de envío)- Seguimiento de órdenes de clientes para que salgan en tiempo y forma de la planta- Realizar solicitudes de recolecciones de fletes con transportistas/fleteros- Programar la logística de vueltas del camion y llevar el control por medio de formatos- Cotización con transportistas, guías de recolección, cobranza a cliente de transporte- Reportar al vendedor las fechas de sus pedidos correspondientes para el el cliente obtenga actualizaciones de sus pedidos y programe la recolección**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura terminada (Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales, RH, Finanzas o afín)- Experiência laboral mínima de 3 años en Servicio al Cliente y preferentemente en el área Comercial y/o Logística- Dominio intermedio de Excel- Preferente experiência en gestión y manejo de Waybills- Rango de sueldo mensual de $13,000 mxn a $15,000 mxn libres**Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm**Ubicación del empleo en Santa Catarina, NL.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Plásticos**Habilidades**:- Servicio al cliente- Comercial- Logística- Atención al cliente- Embarques
