This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining project & stakeholder management, data analysis, and process structuring and implementation.Responsibilities of this role include:- Report to the COO.- Structure and implement processes- Implement systems and softwares- Carry-out market research and benchmarks- Structure dashboards using multiple data sources and analyze data- Be able to do simple queries- Follow up with Heads of other areas- Monitor KPIs of Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams**Requirements**:- Proven experience in project management- Ability to analyze data and use it in making decisions.- Practical experience using Metabase, Looker, Tableau or any other similar interface- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic and changing environments.- Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Stakeholder management- Mobility to travel one week per month- Spanish speaking desirable**Benefits**- **Language Classes**: Access to language classes (English, Portuguese, Spanish) to enhance communication skills.- **OpenAI Premium License**: Complimentary access to an OpenAI premium license for personal or professional use.- **Paid Time Off**: Enjoy 25 days/year of paid vacations and holidays to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.- **Soft Hybrid Work**:We meet 3 days/month in our Co Work offices, the rest of the time you can work remotely from wherever you like
