LATAM Delivery Manager - Pharmaceutical Hudson RPO Mexico City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)SaveApply**At Hudson RPO, we embrace curiosity, think differently, and shape the future of talent.****What you’ll do**:- Lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients across the LATAM region, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.- Manage and coordinate multiple client accounts, aligning the delivery of recruitment projects with client expectations and business goals.- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.- Develop and implement processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership, to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.- Monitor KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.- Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leadership to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in talent delivery.**You’ll be someone who can bring**:- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.- Experience working with ATS platforms, reporting tools, and HRIS systems.- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese spoken and written.**About you**:- You are a proactive leader with a proven track record of delivering recruitment solutions at scale.- You excel at building relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust.- You are adaptable, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable managing multiple priorities with a focus on quality.- Location: Supporting the LATAM region; remote work with availability for occasional regional travel.**Why you’ll love working for Hudson RPO**:- Lead impactful talent delivery projects supporting major multinational clients in the LATAM region.- Work in a flexible, inclusive, and values-driven environment.- Join a passionate, innovative team committed to shaping the future of recruitment.**A little bit about us**:**Ready to start your journey with Hudson RPO?****Job information**:- Ciudad de México- Full Time- Americas- Hybrid- CHF70000 per annum- September 3, 2025
