Fuertes habilidades personales de comunicación y relacionamiento con diferentes equipos. Mentalidad de _problem_ _solving_.- Lugar de trabajo- Aguascalientes, México.Propósito y actividades del puesto:Gestionar los asuntos legales y de cumplimiento normativo de las operaciones de Plantas, Agencias y Oficinas de la compañía en México. Como parte de la Dirección Jurídica gestionará y apoyará las operaciones legales correspondientes a negociaciones comerciales con proveedores. Necesario saber priorizar acciones con base en criterios claros y comunicar de forma efectiva.Draft y revisión de contratos comerciales, así como términos y condiciones.-- Apoyo al equipo de compras en la negociación de acuerdos comerciales.-- Asesoría jurídica en torno a proyectos estratégicos de la compañía.-- Conocimiento y aplicación de normas jurídicas relacionadas a la materia.-- Seguimiento a litigios y otros temas relevantes de la compañía.
