Join our team.CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:El Business Advisor será responsable de colaborar efectivamente con su Gerente Regional en el desarrollo de estrategia comercial para sus clientes y JBP´s para cumplir objetivos de venta de las cuentas asignadas, así como la ejecución con excelencia en puntos de venta de las cuentas asignadas para desarrollo de nuestras categorías y marcas para acelerar el crecimiento en volumen y Share.LI-RemoteIn this role, you will:- Cumplimiento de objetivos de venta y cobranza mensuales- Desarrollo estratégico de la cuenta- Establecer KPI´s que ayuden a identificar oportunidades para ganar participación de mercado en todas las cuentas asignadas con enfoque en el Route to Market del Shopper medibles de forma mensual, trimestral y anual.- Coordinación de equipo de merchandising para la ejecución de exhibiciones primarias y secundarias en punto de venta desarrollando actividades tácticas para incrementar nuestra distribución numérica, ponderada y Share off Spaces.- Diseñar planes de corto y mediano plazo enfocando su inversión de reduced revenue a las oportunidades de mercado y categorías en las que participa Clorox para que a través de sus cuentas grarantice el crecimiento en valor y Share en el corto y mediano plazo- Administración de Trade Funds, recuperación y conciliación de cartera con alta disciplina y el apego total a políticas comerciales.- Groos Rev $ 65 Millones anual- Cajas Estadistica 0.265 Millones Anual- Alcance A Nielsen 4 y 6 con residencia en PueblaWhat we look for:- 3 años de experiência en ventas con alto conocimiento de canal Tradicional- Estudios universitarios en Negocios, Economía o Ingeniería- Conocimiento de la dinámica del mercado.- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado- Capacidad de negociación para manejar la demanda de los clientes y desarrollar sólidas relaciones con clientes en el corto, mediano y largo plazo.- Capacidad de comunicación para influir en las decisiones de los clientes y gestionar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.- Habilidades para negociación y enfoque en el logro de resultados con revisiones de negocios trimestrales.- Habilidades interpersonales que le permitan establecer y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con los clientes y otras funciones para satisfacer sus necesidades y expectativas.- Desarrollo de trabajo colaborativo con otras áreas de la compañía.- Deseable comprensión de los competidores clave, las demandas de los clientes, la dinámica del mercado y las preferencias de los consumidores/compradores para alinear las estrategias de Clorox para capitalizar las oportunidades por categoría.- Profundo conocimiento de áreas 4,5 Nielsen para construir planes estratégicos por zona geográfica- Zona de Residencia, PueblaWorkplace type:RemoteWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
