We are currently searching for a Revenue Analyst whose mission is to improve Ria's position in the market by developing adequate promotions and helping our agents to increase the number of new clients and the loyalty of the existing ones. By analyzing a specific region, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining a competitor benchmark to understand Ria's position and work with various departments to ensure continued growth.

Responsibilities
  • Control of revenue KPIs in the United States.
  • Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast.
  • Analyze trends/changes to transaction levels.
  • Develop strategies and execute action plans that will help the company increase transactions and maximize revenue.
  • Initiate a high volume of outbound calls to develop and maintain relationships with our agents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-task and strong communications skills.
  • Previous experience working with excel reports.
  • Customer care or sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a revenue analyst is highly desirable.
