With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.**YOUR TASKS**- Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and achievement of KPIs.- Implement and oversee TPM, preventive, and autonomous maintenance systems.- Plan and optimize resources, budget, and spare parts management.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational goals.- Develop and support maintenance staff through training and performance management.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.- Strong experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.- Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and preventive maintenance systems.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Analytical, results-driven, and collaborative.- Proficient in English.**Paulina Ramirez Ramirez
