**Description**Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its **Reynosa, Mexico** location. This position manages and leads the Factory Receiving Department, line-side material delivery and factory inventory. This role focuses on three major aspects of the business with the following expectation of dedicated time divided amongst these programs. Manage and ensure the correct local business unit (LBU) logistics process flow of information and products in order to achieve defined targets for customer service level, operation costs and inventory levels.**Primary Responsibilities**:Planning:Identifies, implements, and leads opportunities/logistics improvement projects to streamline flow across the entire supply chain. Sets up and manages integration of Material receiving, warehousing, deliver and inventory within the supply chain.Operations:Ensures optimization of material receiving, warehousing, line-side delivery and factory inventory operations while ensuring all local operations are performed to respective quality standards and in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and a safe workplace.Service Providers:Identifies, selects and manages local logistics service providers to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in relation to quality, cost and service standards.Costs:Monitors, reports and optimizes total logistics costs within area of responsibility.Product Design and Performance Targets:Ensures Logistics is represented in key business decisions and that Logistics requirements/constraints are being taken into account in product development and design.Budget and Performance Targets:Delivers on budget and targets within the framework. Ensures the T&L sourcing performance targets are achieved.People Leadership and Development:Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in or related field and 5 plus years of experience.- Experience in shipping and receiving- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems- Working knowledge of SAP MM**Preferred Qualifications**:- Proficient in MS Office- Excellent organizational and leadership skills- A problem-solver- Preferred: BS/BA in logistics or relevant field. Six Sigma Certifications.
