As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager oversee the Marketing strategy and plans for the region. You will report to Grouper Marketing Manager and it is based in CDMX #LI-Remote.**Key Responsibilities**- Leads the development projects by identifying the market needs of customers to launch innovative products.- Coordinate interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product and within budget by analyzing and integrating external customer specifications.- Effectively suggest and support product directions and specifications as well as the design and implementation of moderate changes to existing products.- Handling efficiently the portfolio and crafting efficiency indicators in technological innovation and new product launches.- Coordinates the train sales staff, concessionaires, and end customers on the characteristics of our products and services.- Gather requirements, define deployment strategy and development roadmap, and perform product demos to customers/team members- Lead sprint planning, schedule and track project releases, act as a trainer and facilitator when required- Successfully create and ensure access to training materials for the partners- Run and commit to pilot programs with early-stage products and samples- Be responsible for the presentation and follow-up of projects with directors for the approval of developments and technical and commercial negotiations.**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing or related- 5+ years of experience in activities mentioned above in marketing and commercial responsibilities- English speaker at fluid level- Skills: Strategical thinking, communication, teamwork, proactive, conflicts resolution, energy and hands-on.Benefits such salary, medical and life insurance will be discuss in the process**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.****We are "One PPG" to the world.****We trust our people every day, in every way.****We make it happen.****We run it like we own it.****We do better today than yesterday - everyday.**Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
