Gerente de ventas y ofertas sector FerroviarioMisiónResponsable de coordinar el equipo de ventas y ofertas y representar la empresa frente a clientes, parceros externos y headquarters, buscando oportunidades de negocios en el mercado nacional y extranjero, con el fin de lograr las metas financieras establecidas por la empresa.- Contactos (internos y externos)- Clientes, proveedores, pares, directivos, departamentos internos de la empresa y headquarters.Responsabilidades del cargo1. Desarrollar nuevos clientes y negocios del mercado ferroviario de acuerdo con las metas y planificación estratégica definida.- 2. Ejecutar la labor de venta de proyecto integral (proyectos ferroviarios).- 3. Coordinar las actividades y recursos de los equipos de ventas y preparación de ofertas, así como asegurar que los procesos estén adherentes a los definidos por la empresa.- 4. Supervisar y desarrollar el potencial de la empresa en los negocios relacionados con el área de actuación, participando con información y sugiriendo mejoras, supervisando el cumplimiento de las metas previstas y la ampliación del volumen del negocio.- 5. Coordinar el seguimiento y análisis del equipo en la evolución de propuestas/ofertas técnicas, monitoreando información sobre competencia y necesidades del mercado, con el fin de obtener contratos. Mantener actualizado el listado de oportunidades, basándose en información actualizada del mercado y clientes.- 6. Asegurar la mejora técnica y el desarrollo profesional de los empleados, promoviendo la participación en cursos y charlas, manteniendo la motivación del equipo.- 7. Hacer presentaciones, participar en seminarios, argumentar y defender soluciones técnicas y modelo de negocio.- Requisitos para la posición- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, en Automatización, Eléctrica o afín. Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales.- Mas de 6 años de experiência en ventas trabajando preferentemente en el mercado metro-ferroviario, sistemas de automatización, energía.- Inglés avanzado- Disponibilidad para viajar- Conocimiento en los diferentes níveles de la gestión de la cadena de ventas y de ofertas.- Orientación la detalle, comunicación activa, análisis de datos.**Organization**: Siemens Mobility**Company**: Siemens, S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Mid-level Professional**Job Type**: Full-time
