This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, who can inspire and engage employees at all levels.EducaciónLicenciatura en Recursos Humanos o AfínHabilidadesExperiênciaMinimum 5yrs business experience, preferably in organizational design, human resources, culture, change management, or learning areasExperience in designing and delivering training programs.Experience in Project Management or strong organizational skillsStrong understanding of change management principles and methodologiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.Ability to handle uncertainty and project pivotingComfortable having difficult conversationsNegotiation skillsAbility to influence decision makingAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlinesAbility to build and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and work well independently and with a team environment.
