Our passion and creative drive ensure that we are an innovative force - across the globe at over 70 TRUMPF locations.Es el responsable de dar seguimiento a operaciones de Importación y Exportación de Refacciones, herramientas, maquinaria y otros insumos para MT. Garantizando el flujo correcto de los procesos de comercio exterior, tráfico y administración.- Dar seguimiento en tiempo y forma a operaciones de importación/exportación de refacciones, herramientas y otros insumos.- Programar unidades de transporte para importaciones/exportaciones (terrestre, aéreo, marítimo).- Asegurar fondeo en Cuenta Aduanera.- Cotizar transporte nacional e internacional.- Participar en Mejora Continua de Cadena de Suministro.- Apoyo en coordinación de transportes dedicados.- Apoyo en conciliación de estados de cuenta de Agentes aduanales y Fleteros.- Documentación de métricos por cumplimiento de entregas en tiempo.- Cumplimiento de expediente legal de comercio exterior.- Resguardo en físico y electrónico de documentos de comercio exterior- Apoyo a urgencias 7/24.- Coordinación de transportes para servicios dedicados de entrega a clientes de acuerdo a sus solicitudes.- Elaboración de documentos para exportaciones de ventas y/o retornos.- Cumplimiento de Complemento Carta Porte.- Atender junta de Ideas de Mejora.- Atender junta de pendientes generales.- Solicitud de cotizaciones de servicio de transportes así como el seguimiento de la operación (para importación/ exportación y nacional/extranjera).- Cumplir y hacer cumplir los objetivos de los indicadores de desempeño.- Coordinación de transportes (para importación/ exportación y nacional/extranjera)- Obtención y seguimiento a requisiciones para pago a proveedores.- Apoyo en reportes de gastos logísticos.- Apoyo en reportes de costo de refacciones en garantía.- Coordinación de envío de herramientas de instalación de máquinas en conjunto con el área de almacén y servicio.- Apoyo a conteo en inventarios.- Realiza el seguimiento de materiales en tránsito y dirige investigaciones para determinar la causa de daños, faltantes o sobrecargos de fletes y/o seguros.- Preparación de papelería para nuevos proveedores.- Realizar cualquier actividad afín al área.Ofrecemos:- Prestaciones y Beneficios superiores a la Ley- Entorno de trabajo de vanguardia con la última tecnología- Asunción temprana de responsabilidades y tareas variadas- Capacitación y actualización constante- Flexibilidad laboral- Cultura empresarial respetuosa y agradecida
